Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. In a hot pan pour ¼ cup of the pancake mixture and cook until bubbles form then flip and repeat until mixture is gone. Leave on low in the oven to keep warm.

Top with banana, maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
