Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries extra for topping
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup granola of your choice
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Method

The night before, blend your plant milk with 1 cup of blueberries until smooth. Mix in chia seeds and add to two jars or cups. Leave in the fridge to set overnight.

The next morning top with granola, coconut yogurt, blueberries and peanut butter.
