Blueberries in liqueur

1 pint (2 ¾ cups fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed), with juice
4 fresh ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
3 tablespoons fruit flavoured liqueur, such as Grand Marnier, strawberry or blueberry liqueur
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup heavy cream
1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup sugar

In a large bowl combine fruit with ½ cup sugar and liqueur. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Just before serving, whip cream until it begins to hold its shape. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and beat into peaks.

Serve in dessert dishes or long stemmed glasses. Garnish with cream.
